Meet the founder
Named after his first grandson
Daniel Willis has spent decades researching what makes dogs truly healthy and vibrant. After years working across multiple industries, he founded the company as Zach's Quality Dog Food, LLC — named after his first grandson, Zachary. The company now goes by G-Daddy's Dog Food.
What started as one family's search for a better bowl has grown into a Texas company built on the same values: quality food, honest ingredients, and taking care of the community around us.

Trusted by families across Texas
We feed our dog the chicken and rice formula, and I love that it's built on real meat and meal proteins instead of fillers.
My dog is an incredibly picky eater, but G-Daddy's is the one food he's never turned his nose up at. It's all we feed him now.
As a breeder, I'm particular about ingredients. Once I saw what was actually in the bag, it became the only food I trust for my dogs.

Ingredients
G-Daddy's Chicken Meal & Rice Recipe
Developed with input from nutritionists and veterinarians, our chicken meal & rice recipe is built to deliver complete canine nutrition — and a bowl your dog will actually look forward to.
Why the formula works
G-Daddy's is naturally preserved with mixed tocopherols and citric acid, keeping every kibble fresh without artificial preservatives. The formula draws its protein from chicken meal, beef meal, lamb meal, salmon meal, dried egg, and chicken liver meal — meal proteins carry a higher protein and nutrient concentration than meat alone, which supports muscle development and everyday body maintenance.
Rice provides a high-quality, easily digestible carbohydrate for energy, and is a good option for dogs sensitive to corn. Chicken fat supplies omega-6 fatty acids, while premium flaxseed rounds out the omega-3 balance. Chelated minerals, lecithin, garlic, and yucca schidigera are added for extra support, along with a full profile of vitamins and minerals.
G-Daddy's Chicken Meal & Rice Recipe is formulated to meet AAFCO dog food nutrient profiles for all life stages.

About Us
A Texas family business, built on giving back
G-Daddy's Dog Food, LLC (formerly known as Zach's Quality Dog Food) is based in the DFW Metroplex and has been serving pet families since 2003.
Meet Daniel Willis
Daniel Willis has been in business since 2003, spending decades researching what it truly takes to keep dogs healthy and vibrant. After years working across multiple industries, he founded the company as Zach's Quality Dog Food, LLC — named after his first grandson, Zachary. The company has since been renamed G-Daddy's Dog Food, but that family story is still at the heart of everything we do.
That family connection still shapes the way the company operates today: a grain-friendly, all-natural formula made in the USA, sized for every kind of household, and priced so quality nutrition stays within reach.

Our story
Why giving back matters to G-Daddy
One of the missions behind Gdaddy Pet Food is to give back to the communities that have helped shape the lives of so many people. Through our Gdaddy Give Back Program, we will donate $1 from every purchase of Gdaddy dog food to a participating church’s youth program.
One dollar may not seem like much, but when we come together, those dollars can make a meaningful difference. Our goal is to help support youth programs, activities, outreach, and opportunities that encourage young people to believe in themselves and their future.
This mission is deeply personal to me. More than 23 years ago, I began reaching out to churches because I wanted an opportunity to share my story and give back. Unfortunately, I rarely made it past the front desk, and most of my calls were never returned. Maybe this time, someone will take a moment to read my story.
About 50 years ago, one person took the time to give a young boy a chance. He gave me a job and allowed me to work every weekend. I came from a family of 12, and my mother was raising us on her own. He knew the circumstances I was growing up in, and he chose to help.
Years later, I went back and asked him, “Why did you let me work for you every weekend when I was just a kid?” His answer has stayed with me my entire life:
Those words have never left me. Today, as a deacon, I don't just want to give financially—I want to give my time, my experience, and my story. I want to speak with youth groups and share what I have learned about perseverance, opportunity, faith, and the impact that one person can have on another person's life.
I don't expect to change everyone. If I can reach just one young person, encourage them, and help them believe that their life has value and purpose, then I have done my job.
That is what Gdaddy Pet Food is about. Feed your dog. Support your community. Help us give back—one dollar and one young life at a time.
